Holy basil, spearmint, rose hips. and lemon myrtle combine to enlighten the soul.  This tea helps naturally strengthen the immune system.  Elevates mental clarity and lowers stress.  Caffeine Free.

Ingredients:  Holy Basil (Tulsi), Spearmint, Rose Hips, Lemon Myrtle, and Linden Blossoms.  

Directions:  Bring water to a full boil.  Steep for 1 - 3 minutes. Serve hot or cold.  Flavor to your liking.
